Over an action-packed three days, you’ll meet the very best mentors, investors, co-founders and sponsors to show you how to get more done faster — and, maybe even start that Business. It is a dynamic accelerator program where innovators, developers, and entrepreneurs unite to turn ideas into reality. During this intensive event, participants engage in pitching, business model creation, prototyping, designing, and market validation—all within a friendly and supportive team environment.

Bring your vision to life! Work closely with mentors, iterate on your prototype, and prepare for the final pitch.

Put your idea to the test and present to a panel of judges.
Showcase your project in the final round! Compete for exciting prizes and an exclusive opportunity to get your idea incubated.

| 2:30 p.m. | Registration: Arrive at the venue and get checked in |
| 3:00 p.m. | Welcome: Review the agenda for the weekend and get introduced to speakers, mentors, and community leaders |
| 3:20 p.m. | Keynote Speech: Hear from an experienced entrepreneur and visionary |
| 3:40 p.m. | Ice-breaker: Fun ice-breaker to prep for pitches |
| 4:00 p.m. | Pitches: Facilitator gives a walk-through of the pitches process and then pitches begin! |
| 5:30 p.m. | Voting: Participants vote for the ideas they want to work on through the weekend |
| 5:45 p.m. | Team Formation: All those whose ideas were chosen will give a quick recap of their idea and all participants will select their teams |
| 6:15 p.m. | Workshop: Customer Discovery |
| 7:00 p.m. | Begin Work: Teams find a break-out space for the weekend’s work,get to know eachother,and take an inventory of skills |
| 8:00 p.m. | Dinner & Networking: Eat, share ideas, practice pitches, get to know fellow participants |
| 8:45 p.m. | Get Back to Work: Teams get their spaces set up and begin to work |

| 8:00 a.m. | Breakfast: Have a simple breakfast and coffee |
| 9:00 a.m. | Morning Announcements and Checkin Review the day’s agenda, what teams should be focused on, and the mentoring process for the afternoon |
| 9:45 a.m. | Mentor Sessions One on one meetings with mentors and teams for guidance and help |
| 12:30 p.m. | Lunch: Cherish yourself with some mouthwatering food |
| 1:15 p.m. | Check-ins: After lunch check-ins, status reports, and asks for help |
| 1:45 p.m. | Workshop: Lean Canvas and MVP |
| 2:30 p.m. | Continue Working: Participants continue building their MVP |
| 4:00 p.m. | Mentor Sessions: One on one meetings with mentors and teams for guidance and help |
| 6:30 p.m. | Check-in & Regroup: Checking with the Org Team, Regroup and wrap-up for the day |
| 8:00 p.m. | Dinner |
| 8:45 p.m. | Get Back to Work: Teams work to finish their MVP and start working on their presentation |
| 9:45 p.m. | Checkins: After dinner checking, status report and asks for help (optional, for those staying back) |
| SUNDAY | (1st February 2026) |
| 8:00 a.m. | Breakfast: Have a simple breakfast and coffee |
| 9:00 a.m. | Morning Announcements & Check-ins: Review the day’s agenda, what teams should focus on, judging criteria, and the tech check and pitch process for later |
| 9:15 a.m. | Workshop (Facilitator- Rahul N) How to craft a perfect pitch deck |
| 10:00 a.m. | Pitch Practice: Each team will get a chance to do tech checks and practise their presentation |
| 12:15 p.m. | Lunch: Cherish yourself with mouth-watering food |
| 1:00 p.m. | Work continues: Teams continue refining their pitch |
| 2:30 p.m. | Tech check & pitch submission: Teams get the tech check done and submit their final ppt to the organizers |
| 3:00 p.m. | Final pitches start(5 mins pitch + 3 mins Q&A): Every team has five minutes to pitch their business, followed by a five minutes Q&A by judges |
| 6:00 p.m. | Judges Deliberate: Time for some networking while judges decide the winners |
| 6:20 p.m. | Winning Teams are announced: Awards and recognition for the best teams |
| 6:45 p.m. | Post-event Networking & Celebrations: Light refreshments provided for celebrating and networking before everyone goes home |

We recommend that you arrive on Friday night before the final pitches start so that you get a chance to pitch or listen to other pitches in order to choose the team you’d like to work on through the weekend.
Teams are formed on Friday night so you’ll miss an important part of the weekend. Let us know if you’re planning on arriving on Saturday morning and we will do our best to accommodate you, but do consider passing on your ticket to someone who can attend the entire weekend.
